Figure 1. depicts the achievable cost reduction as a function of the driven distance when BORPower® is used. Due to the reduction of friction and abrasion in the motor, the fuel consumption shrinks by as much as 15%. The amount of money saved applies for a car with an average fuel consumption of 7 liters per 100 km (petrol engine with a liter fuel cost of 1.40 €) or 10 liters per 100 km (Diesel engine with a liter fuel cost of 1.15 €). The BORPower® user saves approximately 300 € per 20,000 km of driven distance. This is considerable saving even for a moderate driver. A frequent driver with a driven distance of 100,000 km per year can save around 1500 € thanks to BORPower®.

The BORPower® saving is even greater for vehicles with high fuel consumption such as busses and trucks.

Figure 2a) depicts the achievable cost reduction as function of the driven distance for a bus/truck with an average fuel consumption of 30 liters per 100 km (Diesel motor with a liter fuel cost of 1.15 €). The user of BORPower® saves approximately 500 € per 10,000 km. For a driven distance of 100,000 km per year this means an astonishing saving of 5,000 € thanks to BORPower®.

Figure 2b) shows the possible cost saving with BORPower® for companies with a fleet of up to 1,000 vehicles (logistics and transportation companies, estate agencies, car hire companies…). It turns out that depending on the driven distance, the use of BORPower® can save companies several millions of €!

BORPower® reduces friction and abrasion in the motor, hence increasing the motor oil life time by up to 100%. The two figures above show the cost of motor oil in terms of driven distance.

Figure 2a) illustrates how a car driver who uses motor oil without BORPower® needs to replace the motor oil (including the oil filter) every 15.000 km, which will cost around 150 € for an average car (with 5 litres of top grade motor oil volume). For a driven distance of 60.000km, the cost of motor oil replacement becomes equal to 750 € (5X150 €).

Figure 2b) depicts how a car driver who uses motor oil with BORPower® will be able to replace the motor oil every 60.000 km. Knowing that the cost of a bottle of BORPower® S-250 is around 50 €, the total cost of oil change for an average car, over a distance of 60.000 km becomes equal to 350 € (2X 150 € plus 50 €), saving the driver around 400 €.

In conclusion, using BORPower® will significantly extend the life span of the motor oil and provide a considerable amount of saving to the user, and all these benefits are available at reasonable extra cost.
